2.9.1 EPPVCCAP1—EP Port VC Capability Register 1
This register describes the configuration of PCI Express Virtual Channels associated
with this port.

Low Priority Extended VC Count (LPEVCC)
This field indicates the number of (extended) Virtual Channels in addition to
the default VC belonging to the low-priority VC (LPVC) group that has the
lowest priority with respect to other VC resources in a strict-priority VC
Arbitration.
The value of 0 in this field implies strict VC arbitration.

VC Arbitration Select (VCAS)
This field will be programmed by software to the only possible value as
indicated in the VC Arbitration Capability field. The value 000b when written
to this field will indicate the VC arbitration scheme is hardware fixed (in the
root complex).
This field cannot be modified when more than one VC in the LPVC group is
enabled.
