Server System R2000BB Service Guide

Removing and Installing the Air Duct

Always operate your server system with the air duct in place. The air duct is required for proper airflow

within the server system.

Removing the Air Duct

1. Carefully push in the latch on the air duct (see letter “A”).

2. Rotate the back edge of the air duct up to disengage the two tabs from fan bulkhead (see

letter “B”).

Installing the Air Duct

1. Lower front edge of the air duct to engage the two tabs on the fan bulkhead (see letter “A”).

2. Carefully push in the latch on the air duct (see letter “B”).

3. Push down the air duct into place (see letter “C”).
